At Bright Smile Dental Coogee we offer a cosy, peaceful space with a warm, friendly atmosphere that helps you feel relaxed. Candles are lit, and music is softly playing, setting the scene for a comfortable, positive dental experience.
Preparation
If you take several medications, please bring a list of them with you. Recent X-rays can be useful if you bring them in with you or email them to us before your appointment. If you’ve been referred to us from another practitioner, please bring the referral in with you.
Getting Started
When you arrive, we’ll have you fill out a brief form. Up-to-date magazines are available to you, or you can watch television or our gorgeous fish tank if there is a brief wait before you meet with your dentist.
We’ll then get started with the procedure you’ve booked in for, whether it’s a consultation for a certain service or a cleaning and examination. If you’re a new patient, your visit will take about 30 minutes, though we’re happy to book you in for longer if you require more complex work or services.
Nitrous Oxide and Oral Medications Available
We understand that many people feel nervous about visiting the dentist. Nitrous oxide can be used, or an oral medication can be taken before a procedure. With extensive experience handling emergency cases and nervous patients, our staff’s caring, gentle and genuine nature will put you at ease.
Payment Options
We’re providers with NIB and Bupa and accept all health funds. Your rebate can be claimed on the spot with HICAPS. There are two payment plan options that you can select, including MacCredit and Medipay.
